SHIPPING POLICY
At Belviane Beauty, we carefully select beauty and wellness products from trusted suppliers. as our products may be fulfilled from different locations, delivery times can vary depending on the item and destination.
Estimated delivery and any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
Please note thar orders containing multiple itens may arrive in separate packages.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Changed your mind?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the elegible item(s).
Beauty, personal care & hygiene products
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Return condition
Items should be returned in their original condition. We may reduce the amount refunded if the value of any item has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteritics and functioning.
Return shipping
If you are returning an eligible item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it. Please contact us before sending any item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Where a refund is due following cancellation, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, after you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. No fee will be charged for the refund.
Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, any additional delivery cost above our standard delivery charge will not be refunded.
